- The registration fees apply for (the 1st author of) all accepted papers and the same fees also apply for non-paper participants and non-presenting authors.
- Payment must be made in full amount. Any correspondent bank charges and transfer fee of your local bank and Indonesian BNI bank must be paid by the registrant.
- The registration fee applies for 1 (one) paper under a 1st author, and strictly 2 (two) additional papers are allowed with 50% charge of the registration fee under the same 1st author.
- Accepted papers with more than 6 (six) pages will have a charge of USD30 per page for up-to strictly 8 (eight) pages for each paper.
- The payment for registration fees of the accepted papers must be made by October 15, 2011.
- To participate in the special session in Bali, the payment for registration fees must be made before October 20, 2011.

The registration fee includes conference kits, CD Conference proceedings, admissions to all sessions, lunch, and coffee breaks
Printed proceedings of the conference are available in limited number and may be ordered in advance with USD30 or Rp.250,000.00 price.
The payment for the Special Session in Bali is USD 460 / Rp. 4.150.000,- (price may change) and includes flight ticket (BDO-DPS-BDO), accomodation, guided tour, meals.
